Avaya Callmaster II telephones were designed to help contact center agents maximize their efficiency. The Callmaster II phone not only is compact and lightweight, it also provides more capabilities than conventional digital phones. The Avaya Callmaster's design complements the latest non-agent phones. Callmaster II phones help agents handle each call. For example, the Callmaster will support many contact center skills. Red and green status lights on each call appearance button allows agents to see the status at a glance. Callmaster II phones have fixed buttons for features that agents often use (Redial, Transfer, Hold, and Conference). With optional voice messaging, a message waiting light alerts agents to messages left by callers. Callmaster II phone's sixteen buttons will give agents one touch access to a choice of features.
